The chicken comes from birds raised by Tyner Pond Farm in Greenfield, Indiana. After the brooder period, they live in open-sided mobile shelters moved daily across pasture. They receive a non-GMO ration with forage and are raised without antibiotics or vaccines.
Each one-pound package is vacuum-sealed and frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator and cook thoroughly.
