Every order is frozen and hand-packed at Tyner Pond Farm, protected in an insulated box with dry ice, and sent only where our courier can make the trip in one day. The route is intentionally short because the meat should arrive cold.

Our delivery area is the Heartland: Indiana and the surrounding states we can reliably reach in one day. If an address sits outside that cold-and-fast route, we do not pretend a longer journey is the same service.

Vacuum-sealed cuts are frozen, placed in an insulated box with dry ice, and hand-packed in Greenfield, Indiana.

Open the box promptly and move the meat to your freezer. Some surface thaw can be normal if the meat is still cold.
