One farm. One known source.

Tyner Pond Farm is a family-run regenerative farm in central Indiana. Every cut of beef and every pasture-raised chicken offered through FarmersMarket.com comes from this one known place, raised by the people who manage the land and animals every day. The source is not a region, a supplier network, or a marketing claim. It is one farm.

How we manage the land and animals — day by day.

01 PASTURE

The pasture comes first.

Jim’s primary responsibility is the land. He uses planned grazing and the movement of cattle to create short periods of grazing followed by long periods of recovery. The herd moves as often as conditions require—sometimes more than once a day. The purpose is not only to feed cattle today, but to build deeper roots, greater plant diversity, and healthier soil for the years ahead.

02 STANDARDS

Clear standards. One known farm.

Our cattle are raised without grain, antibiotics, vaccines, or added hormones. Our chickens are raised without antibiotics or vaccines. We do not use synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, or fungicides on our pastures. Because the food comes from one known farm, these practices do not change from one supplier to another. American Grassfed Association Certified

03 BEEF

Grassfed from beginning to finish.

Our cattle are selected for genetics suited to central Indiana and raised entirely on forage—never grain. They move through mature pastures and remain grassfed through the final stage before harvest. The genetics, season, pasture, and decisions made by the grazier all contribute to the character of the beef.

04 CHICKEN

Pasture-raised broilers.

Our chickens are raised in mobile shelters that move to fresh pasture every day. The shelters provide shade, open air, and protection from predators while giving the birds regular access to grass, bugs, and forage.

05 SOIL

The pasture begins in the soil

Healthy pasture depends on living soil. Since 2010, we have managed this land to build organic matter, improve water infiltration, and support a wider diversity of plants and soil life. That work shapes the forage, the animals that graze it, and ultimately the food produced here. Our certified organic pastures are not simply a backdrop. They are the foundation of the farm.

06 Packing

Local family processing.

The work does not disappear when the animals leave the pasture. They go to a nearby USDA-inspected processor we know and work with directly, then return to Greenfield to be packed by our team. The farm, the processor, and the people handling the food all remain part of one known place.

THE FARM

Faces of the family

The Baggott family runs the land, the animals, and the packing — second generation on the same Indiana pasture. Jim makes every grazing call; Amy runs the pasture poultry. You can know them by name.
