Chicken wings carry enough skin and natural fat to brown well over direct heat. Choose pre-cut wings for easier serving or regular whole wings with the drumette, flat and tip still connected.

The chickens are raised by Tyner Pond Farm in Greenfield, Indiana. After the brooder period, they live in mobile pasture shelters moved every day. They receive a non-GMO ration along with forage and are raised without antibiotics or vaccines.

The wings are raw, unseasoned and frozen. Thaw them in the refrigerator, dry the surface, then grill, roast, smoke or air-fry until fully cooked.
