My apologies for the unplanned and unexpected mailing that went out this morning.
I thought Google would be a good company to go with to manage our mailings. But they have messed-up way too many times. If you received the errant mailing this morning, it was a post written over two years ago, back in August 2007. I have no idea why that has continued to occur.
I’ve already been testing a service that will be placed into operation within the next week or two. I am not going to be able to move the current list’s subscribers over to the new service, as I am a true-believer in a strict anti-spam policy.
The last mailing through Google’s service will be to announce the new services, and where to sign up … yes, that’s plural: one for market owners and managers, and the other for market shoppers. If you do not sign up for one of the new lists, it will be the same as unsubscribing.
Again, my sincere apologies for the post-from-the-past being mailed out this morning, and all the other times Google made similar errors … and thank you for your patience.

FarmersMarket.com lists every farmers market in the U.S. — search by zip, phone area code, and of course, city.
The above image was created by first shooting 26 photographs and “stitching” them together to create a seamless 360° by 360° panorama. That panorama was then used twice to create the final image above. A limited number of prints are available for purchase.
